Our room had climate control, a safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and the hotel's location in the historic center was great, with the Centro district being worth exploring.

The rooms were reasonably sized and I liked AMICABLE staff.

The hotel was located so close to awesome great areas for drinks and restaurants and art, Tlaquepaque and restaurants and art. Clean rooms and amicable and very very helpful staff - we liked it. The location was excellent - just 5 minutes' walk from a grand cathedral. Furthermore, in the historic center.

Friendly staff, great location, and the queen room was nicely set up when we got here. 😊

The staff here were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, the location is perfect, just a few minutes from the historic city center, and the hotel is situated in a safe area.

The hotel has a decent AC system that works well and the staff are very friendly during Easter day. One more positive aspect is the clean rooms. The location of the hotel is great and it is near to some good spots to enjoy local food.

The worst aspect of this hotel is that the walls and doors are very thin, so we were constantly disturbed by the noise from other guests and church bells that went off multiple times in the morning. The bathroom was quite small and it had a low shower pressure.

The standard queen room has all the necessary facilities.

The hotel is situated in a central area with easy access to several attractions nearby. The rooms are generally clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. Internet connection works great and the rooms are equipped with a safe.

The noise levels can be quite high due to thin walls and slamming doors from other guest rooms can disturb sleep.

The hotel is located in a great area with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the Wi-Fi worked well and was free, which was a huge plus.

The walls were quite thin and we could hear a lot of noise from other guests, which made it difficult to sleep at times. the shower pressure was a bit low and the bathroom was a bit small.

We loved the hotel's location and staff. The rooms were clean and well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the great Wi-Fi and the good selection of TV channels, as well as the comfortable beds and well-functioning AC.

It was all superb.
