Friendly Staff, Room Challenges

The location is convenient, and I found the staff cute and helpful, especially during late check-ins. It made a difference.

Our room lacked an external window for natural light, leading to a dim ambiance. Cleanliness left much to be desired, with hair found in the bathroom.

The rooms were reasonably sized and I liked AMICABLE staff.

The hotel was located so close to awesome great areas for drinks and restaurants and art, Tlaquepaque and restaurants and art. Clean rooms and amicable and very very helpful staff - we liked it. The location was excellent - just 5 minutes' walk from a grand cathedral. Furthermore, in the historic center.

I enjoyed the modern and clean rooms, the comfortable beds, and the great location close to key attractions. The stylish design was a nice touch, and the reliable Wi-Fi was a big plus. A fantastic experience!

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was worth every peso. The noise from the nightclub across the street could be disruptive for light sleepers.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was an issue. There were remnants of hair in the bathroom when I arrived.

The hotel is near most attractions of the city.

The cleanliness was poor. On two separate occasions, I found hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The noise from other rooms was unbearable, and I could hear conversations as if they were in my room. Even the bed frame squeaked loudly with any movement, hard to sleep.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, an enjoyable stay.

24-hour reception was convenient. Air conditioning remote was annoyingly out of reach.

Beware, Unpleasant Experience!

Had to leave the room key at the front, made me uneasy about my belongings. Unfortunately, the daytime staff's rudeness was off-putting. Appreciate the night staff's helpfulness, but overall, not a pleasant stay for a couple seeking comfort.

The Standard Queen Room was decent. The beds were comfy, and I appreciated the cleanliness. The air conditioning remote was a hassle since it was mounted out of reach. You had to get up every time to adjust it. The location was great for exploring, though!

Located conveniently near shops and restaurants, the standard double room provided comfort with a clean environment and efficient air conditioning. The remote control for the AC was mounted in an awkward spot, requiring me to get out of bed to adjust it. Despite these quirks, the service was notably attentive was great.

The modern and clean standard queen room had comfy beds. The location was perfect, just a short walk to key attractions. The friendly staff really made the check-in and check-out process smooth. Plus, the reliable wi-fi was a big advantage.

Our room had climate control, a safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and the hotel's location in the historic center was great, with the Centro district being worth exploring.

Friendly staff, great location, and the queen room was nicely set up when we got here. 😊
